What to Wear to Iftar Gatherings

I feel like there are two types of girls in the world- the one with a schedule full of events and nothing to wear, and the one with a closet full of outfits but nowhere to go (and they’re usually sisters lol!) I fall into the second category, so I love when the Iftar invites start rolling in during Ramadan and I can get dressed up with somewhere to go. We’ve rounded up some cute pieces below that we think would be so cute for your next Iftar gathering.

Under $50

Embroidered Dress

This dress just screamed Ramadan to me- the pretty embroidery detail, the vibrant green color, and the modest flowy design- it’s just perfect!

This dress is simple and classic, which is why I call it the “iftar at people we don’t know very well’s house” lol.

Puff Sleeve Midi Dress

This looks like an Ulla Johnson dupe, which I LOVE. It’s easy to dress up if you’re going to a fancier iftar, and just as easy to dress down for an iftar out with friends.

This looks so much more expensive than it is! Switch up the belt for a leather one to give it an even more elevated look.

Under $100

Yellow Maxi Dress

Adding this one to my cart! The color is stunning, the cinched waist with the flowy bottom is so flattering, and the modest neckline and length is perfect.

Love this designer inspired dress! The pretty colors and flowy design make it perfect to wear through Ramadan and later into Spring and Summer. Also love the cute belt, which can be re-worn with other dresses in your closet!

Green Geometric Dress

I love fun designs and geometric prints for Ramadan, and the green on this one makes it all the more perfect!

This dress looks like an abaya to me, and I’m here for it! Gorgeous color and gorgeous detailing- no words needed!

Pleated Midi Dress

Yet another one I might need to add to my cart. This color and the pleats-perfection! Throw on a gold chain belt to accentuate your waist, and you have the perfect Ramadan outfit.

Bell Sleeve Satin Open Abaya

I love a good excuse to wear an open abaya and what better occasion to do that than an iftar party! They have several colors and styles to choose from but satin is one of my favorites.

Maxi Dress with Combination Embroidery

I LOVE this for an iftar party! It also transitions well into the summer season, especially if you’re traveling abroad. The embroidery is just to die for. So simple, yet it’s quite a statement piece in your closet. Very unique!

Fields Of Blooms Ivory Multi Print Maxi Dress

This dress reminds me of the popular Free People Maxi Dress, and I love the design and flow on it. Cute and comfortable!

ASOS DESIGN satin maxi dress with batwing sleeve and wrap waist in mustard

This might be a tad bit too fancy (if that’s even a thing lol) for Iftar, but I couldn’t resist sharing it with you all. I love anything that accentuates the waist. Maybe for Eid?!

Trendyol maxi smock dress in black

So simple, yet elegant. Also looks really comfortable! A black dress similar to this one is a must-have in my closet. So easy to dress up or down.

Over $100

Floral Maxi Dress

Love the pretty light blue color and florals on this dress. And the flowy design make it perfect to hide that post ftoor food baby!

This dress is just gorgeous! This designer has great quality, and I love the modest silhouette and the gorgeous colors.

Lavender Midi Dress

Lavender is everywhere this season(not that I’m complaining, I love it!) The textured detailing, smocked waist, and sweetheart neckline give this dress an elevated feel.

If you haven’t seen this dress before, you probably don’t spend enough time on Instagram. I’m kidding, but this dress has been so popular this year (I have it in maroon), probably because it’s comfortable, flattering, and cute!

Twist Neck Midi Dress

Simply stunning.

Embroidered V-Neck Maxi Dress

I love Anthropologie’s dresses. They’re such high quality and I reach for them constantly in my closet. This one has been on my wishlist for a while and I think I might pull the plug. The embroidery and detailing is to die for!

Oversized Smock Maxi Dress

Anything oversized has my heart, but especially an oversized dress with smock detailing.

The bow!! So cute.

Layered Maxi Dress

This dress! I love how flowy it is, and can we talk about the hijabi inclusivity?! There are more colors to choose from, but the black is my favorite.
