Mother’s Day Gift Guide for Last-Minute Shoppers
No judgment here- we’ve all been there. Sometimes it hits you out of nowhere and you find yourself scrambling to buy a gift for the occasion last minute! For me, that day/occasion is almost always Mother’s Day. No worries though, I’ve got a few last-minute tricks to share with you if you find yourself in the same boat. ;) All gifts can either be purchased in-store (I double triple checked lol) or can be purchased through Amazon for free one-day or same day shipping.
Miss Dior Perfume - Smells amazing and is the perfect Spring scent in my opinion!
Cloud 5 running shoes- These are wildly popular and extremely comfortable! Buy these for the runner or even the mom who’s always on the go.
Ultrasonic cleaner- Okay this one is super cool. It’s a cleaner that sanitizes a number of essentials in under 5 minutes, without any harsh chemicals, including jewelry, tweezers, retainer, etc.
Barefoot Dreams Cardigan- I know, I know- I’m a broken record. But trust me when I say Barefoot Dreams has the coziest most comfy cardigans, blankets and socks EVER! Your mom will not be disappointed.
Dyson Hair Tool- This gift is perfect for the mom who loves to style her hair. Dyson hot tools have a good rep (and warranty). We own the Dyson Air Wrap and think it’s also a pretty generous gift, too!
Mama Charm Necklace- Cute and dainty!
Gucci bronzer- This is random, but I’ve heard great things about this particular bronzer. If you’re looking to buy some make-up for your mom- be sure to include this!
Jo Malone Perfume Gift Set- I gifted my mom this set a few years ago and she LOVED it! Jo Malone also offers engraving on almost all their perfumes at select Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus locations. Be sure to call and ask ahead of time to see if you can add this service to your gift!
Double T Port Slide Sandal- These look cute and have great reviews!
Silk Hair Scrunchies- I only use these scrunchies for my hair. They’re super gentle and don’t leave creases in your hair. You can also find them here on Amazon for less (different brand).
Imitation Pearl Drop Earrings- Jewelry is always great to gift. These in particular stood out to me the most because pearls are in right now and they’re something extra to add to your mom’s jewelry collection. Change it up a bit from getting them something that’s for everyday use!
Jewelry Organizer- While we’re on the topic of jewelry- how cute is this jewelry box?!
Laniege Lip Mask- You can find this at any Sephora location but it’s also on Amazon. Super moisturizing!
Mama Script Ring- I love how simple and elegant this script ring is.
Beast Blender and Hydration Set- This blender set is convenient and compact! Gift this to the mom who loves to make herself a good smoothie.
Hair Clips- These can be found anywhere really but the ones at Anthropologie always have the cutest patterns and colorways.
Gel Manicure Set- This manicure set is so cute and has some pretty colors! Mom can give herself a cute manicure from the comfort of her own home.
Bathtub Tray Expandable Bath Caddy- Every mom needs one- this one is expandable!
Jewelry Travel Organizer- Perfect way to store and organize jewelry for travel.
Instant Photo Printer- Moms always love to capture the precious moments in life. Gift her one of these for instant photo printing to keep those memories forever!
Fujifilm Instax Mini 11 Camera- Another cute option. Love these for instant photos.
Portable Chair- Any soccer moms out there?! Soccer season is upon us! Gift this to the mom that’s always on the go from one game to another. It’s a portable camp chair! Can fit into a purse or tote bag. Genius.
Cheeseboard Set- I may or may not have purchased this for myself. Oops. I couldn’t resist! This is perfect for the mom who is cheeseboard obsessed! Has all the necessities and the drawer is just the cherry on top honestly.
Portable Chair- This is another option but a bit pricier. Has amazing reviews as well.
Indoor Garden with LED growing Light- Anyone else’s mom obsessed with growing mint? I think this is cute for the mom who loves to grow fresh herbs in her garden. Bring it indoor!
App Controlled Heated Coffee Mug- Guys. Every mom needs this. It takes forever to finish a cup of coffee when you’re on mom duties and the worst thing is having to drink it cold.
Miscellaneous
If you find yourself uninterested in gifting your mother material items, here are a few non-materialistic ideas:
Mani-Pedi- Except maybe treat her to something different than what she’s used to such as a luxury nail salon that offers more nail services.
Massage- I love gifting people massages!
Tea Rooms- Great way to dress up and treat your mom to some nice tea and finger foods.
Cooking/Baking Classes- These can be found with a simple google search but Sur La Table and Michaels Craft Store offers them.
At home nail salon- Shrouq organized this in 2020 for Mother’s Day when we were all locked up at home. It’s a great way to get creative and celebrate at home!
Facial- Treat your mom to a relaxing facial or maybe get one together!
